Menopause The Musical® Brisbane Competition
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Nu Allume Pty Ltd, ABN 76 675 925 327, trading as Nu Allumé, of Level 5, 14 Banfield Street, Chermside, Queensland, Australia, 4032 ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding residents of the Northern Territory.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must be able to attend Menopause The Musical® at Twelfth Night Theatre, Bowen Hills, Brisbane on Friday 9 October 2026.
3. Promotion Period
The competition opens on Friday 21 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 27 September 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must complete the competition entry form and provide a valid email address during the Promotion Period.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Limit of one entry per person.
Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
5. Marketing Communications
By entering, entrants consent to receive email marketing communications from Nu Allumé, including information about Nu Allumé products, offers and the Nu Allumé VIP Credit offer.
Entrants can withdraw their consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in Nu Allumé emails.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications after submitting a valid competition entry will not invalidate that entry.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Nu Allumé's Privacy Policy.
6. Prize
There is one prize consisting of:
Two front row tickets to Menopause The Musical® at Twelfth Night Theatre, Bowen Hills, Brisbane on Friday 9 October 2026.
The total retail value of the prize is $450.06 AUD.
The prize consists of theatre tickets only. Travel to and from the venue, accommodation, meals, parking and any other associated costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the performance is postponed, cancelled or otherwise unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter will deal with the prize in accordance with applicable law and any rights or remedies available in relation to the tickets.
7. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on Monday 28 September 2026 at Level 5, 14 Banfield Street, Chermside, Queensland, Australia, 4032.
The first valid entry randomly selected will be the winner.
The competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
8. Winner Notification and Publication
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry.
The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
The winner must respond and claim the prize within 48 hours of being notified.
The winner's first initial, surname and postcode will be published on the Nu Allumé website within 30 days of the draw and will remain available for any period required by applicable law.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Redraw
If required, a redraw will be conducted from the remaining valid entries as soon as reasonably practicable after the original winner's 48 hour claim period has expired.
Any replacement winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry and will be subject to the same eligibility requirements as the original winner.
Where required by applicable law, details of the replacement winner will also be published on the Nu Allumé website.
10. Verification of Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted using false information, duplicated or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the competition will be used to administer the competition and, where consent has been provided, to send Nu Allumé marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Nu Allumé's Privacy Policy.
The Promoter may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, deliver the prize or comply with applicable law.
12. Records
The Promoter will retain appropriate records relating to the conduct of the promotion, including valid entries, the prize draw and award of the prize, for the period required by applicable law.
13. General
If the competition is unable to proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law and subject to any regulatory approval that may be required.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the competition and eligibility of entries are final, subject to applicable law.
14. Independence of Promotion
This promotion is conducted by Nu Allumé.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the producers, presenters, venue or rights holders of Menopause The Musical®.
