With cut-to-fit packaging, we’ve minimised waste and shipping costs, resulting in smaller, eco-friendly parcels. We’ve thoughtfully refined the unboxing experience to focus on sustainability, allowing us to reduce packaging waste and pass those savings directly to you. Plus, our thank you cards are now delivered digitally via email or SMS, ensuring we can express our gratitude while minimising our environmental impact.
Delivery Options
Within Australia, deliveries are made between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) via Australia Post. Please note that due to the robotic fulfilment process, once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Customs, Duty and Taxes
Depending on the contents and value of the shipment, the Customs Service of your chosen country of delivery may impose taxes, duties, or fees that must be paid before the shipment can be retrieved. Dispatch & Delays
We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, during busy periods, including Christmas and sale events, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Important Note: Shipping times are guidelines and subject to change. Delivery times may be longer during peak sale periods, due to COVID-19, severe weather, or other unforeseen delivery issues experienced by our selected couriers and are all beyond our control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, Australia, adhering to all NSW public holidays. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday - Friday).
Authority to Leave (ATL)
By selecting 'authority to leave', you agree to allow us and/or our couriers to leave your order unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a contactless signature. The driver will choose an appropriate location for delivery. By granting authority to leave, you release us and our couriers from all responsibility and liability for the order once it is delivered and left unattended. Responsibility and liability for the order transfer to you upon delivery.
PO Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
